If you paid by Credit Card or PayPal please note that the amount authorized for payment of your failed order will be automatically and immediately reversed.
The authorized and unaccounted amount will return to your Credit Card ceiling or PayPal account with varying timelines depending on the banking institution (1 to 21 business days).
Please note that our staff cannot in any way expedite or change these timelines and we encourage you to contact your banking institution for more information regarding the release of authorized amounts.
If you are cancelled an order that you have already paid by Bank Transfer, our Customer Service will contact you to handle the refund of the amount issued.
