Once you have acquired your order, you can no longer make any changes.
If you wish to cancel your order, you will have to send us an email indicating your order number and we will proceed with the cancellation in case the package has not already been entrusted to the courier.
If it has already been entrusted to the courier, we advise you to refuse the package and once it has returned to the premises you will receive a refund.
